Does it cost anything to use the shared link?
No. Property monitoring and the initial bill and relief review are free.
What happens if the review finds a potential issue?
The business decides whether to do nothing, buy a £29 council correction letter plus VAT, or ask us to assess the separate VOA route. A conditional VOA Challenge is 10% of confirmed liability savings, capped at £399 plus VAT.
Does sharing guarantee that the business will save money?
No. Results are estimates and neither a saving nor a successful case is guaranteed. Decisions are made by the billing authority, VOA or tribunal.
